LAKELAND PROMOTIONS

Snowbird Extravaganza, (entering its 15th year) held annually in Lakeland, Florida and attracting tens of thousands of people, is testament to the fact that Medipac International is truly a world leader in event-planning and management for people celebrating the mature lifestyle.

Utilizing a proven technique of consumer redirection, Snowbird Extravaganza attendees spend the entire day at our event as they are strategically funnelled from the exhibit floor to feature areas, to four sound stages and back again.

More than 95% of last year's attendees said that they will be returning to Snowbird Extravaganza in Lakeland in 2009 and will be bringing their friends.

Pre-event Promotion

Snowbird Extravaganza's media and publicity team has earned an enviable reputation for securing high-profile pre-event coverage. Both written and audio press releases are extremely well received by the media throughout Florida. Radio and television interview tours further solidify the unparalleled marketing stronghold that Snowbird Extravaganza has on the Florida media throughout the month of January.

Radio
Traditionally in late December 2008, Snowbird Extravaganza will launch an extensive radio campaign in the Tampa Bay and Central Regions of Florida. Some of the radio stations selected to promote our Snowbird Extravaganza show include: WFLA, WGUL, WDUV, WQYK.

Television
Television promotion consisted of a spot advertising buy plus interviews with show managers on local area talk shows, as well as B-roll footage to all Gulf Coast, South Central and Atlantic Stations.

Several television networks shot live footage at the 2008 event and 4 radio stations ran interviews prior to and during the event. The estimated audience impressions created were well in excess of 3,000,000.

Direct Mail
Personal invitations will be mailed to the thousands of consumers who attended Snowbird Extravaganza 2008 and completed exit surveys. The CSA will also mail personal invitations to more than 40,000 member households residing within a 2 hour drive of the Lakeland Center.

Newspaper/Magazine
Once again multiple newspapers throughout west-central Florida will carry feature articles on our 15th annual event.

Advertising begins in December 2008 with advertisements in:
* CSANews (circa. up to 80,000)
* Tampa Tribune (circa. 675,000)
* Senior Connection (brochure)
